Hearty Rotisserie Chicken Tortilla Soup
In a large pot, heat a can of drained black beans, a half-cup of chunky salsa, a 32-ounce carton of chicken broth, and a tablespoon of Mexican seasoning. Cut up a 2-pound cooked rotisserie chicken, skin on, and add it to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
