We live in a pretty amazing world, where we have access to superfoods and radical supplements – berries from the Amazon, roots from the Andes, salt from the Himalayas, and herbs from all over. Lately I've been trying something called Bee Panacea, which is a sort of pudding that has bee pollen (high in protein and vitamins), royal jelly (full of amino acids), raw maca (a root with caffeine-like properties), spirulina (an antioxidant-rich algae), goji berries (rich in vitamin A), reishi mushrooms, and astragalus (an immune-boosting Chinese root).

It's been working well for me.
