In 2011, the South African shot a final round 66, birdying the final four holes, to become the Masters Champion. Unfortunately for Schwartzel, he didn't capture that lightning in a bottle. His Augusta victory remains his sole PGA tour win. This year he has two top tens in five appearances and his last win was in December on the European Tour at the Alfred Dunhill Championship on his home turf in South Africa.

His ho-hum record makes Schwartzel a bit of a long shot at this year's tournament, but he has the creativity and the nerve to pull off impressive shots (like this one), which makes him a crowd favorite.
