Ingredients
• 3 slices cucumber
• 2 pinches salt
• .5 oz green Chartreuse
• .75 oz Tomr's Tonic
• 2 oz St. George Terroir Gin
• .5 oz Fernet amaro

Bruise the cucumber and the salt in a mixing glass. Add the Chartreuse, tonic, and gin. Stir and strain into rocks glass on ice. Float the .5 oz Fernet.
