Beer and bourbon have long gotten the job done for a hardcore happy hour. The Boiler Room, created by Gina Chersevani, shows how to make it refreshing.

1 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz citrus tea (such as Lemon Zinger), cooled
1 oz honey, dissolved in warm water
2 oz Allagash White (or a similar Belgian-style witbier)

Fill pint glass with ice, add the measured ingredients, and top with Allagash White. Stir or mix gently.
