After almost a year of pouring rare and amazing beers that actually are only attainable to the bourgeoisie, Proletariat expanded into the neighboring space and launched a food program. Expect a grilled cheese made with Iowa Sweet Cheddar and a spread that's basically confited shallots, butter, and a little truffle oil, a pretzel that's basically been turned into chips, and some unusual burger takes including a Reuben number with red kraut, stone-ground mustard, and a crustless rye bun.
