Watch a Tribute to the Fallen Everest Climbers and Guides, Edited at Base Camp

The 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Nepal on April 25, 2015 sent massive avalanches down Mount Everest. So far, 18 deaths have been reported from the mountain, while another 50 injured climbers and guides have been airlifted down. Mission 14, a climbing organization dedicated to raising awareness about human trafficking, created a tribute video for the people lost that day and the brave men and women performing the ensuing rescue missions. The video also shows the white wall of snow that flattened Base Camp, leaving tents and gear littered across the mountain.
