Moonlight Lodge, Moonlight Basin
A classic stone fireplace (complete with taxidermied mountain goats) extends to the towering log-beamed ceiling of the lodge’s lobby. A nearby gourmet restaurant and bar lures guests after they’re thoroughly thawed by the crackling fire.
Northstar, Tahoe
