4-Ingredient Smoothie

You really only need four ingredients to concoct a good smoothie: something creamy (like banana, avocado, or yogurt), a liquid (milk or juice), something sweet and tart (like orange, kiwi, berries, or grapes), and ice. You might also want to add extra sweetness, like honey or agave nectar. Whatever you do, be sure that one of the main ingredients contributes protein, like milk, yogurt, or nut butter. Blend in a scoop of protein powder if you feel extra hungry.
