Egg and Avocado Wrap
Top a 100-percent whole-wheat tortilla with two sliced hard-boiled eggs. Top with avocado. Dot the avocado and eggs with your favorite condiment, like mustard, hot sauce, a drizzle of olive oil, or a teaspoon of mayo (a little of the good stuff goes a long way). Just don’t overdo it or your tortilla may get soggy.
