Fruit and Yogurt Power Parfait

Fill a tall cup or squatty dish with a cup or two of fruit salad, whether it’s one you chopped earlier or one you ordered at the deli. Plop a big scoop of yogurt — Greek for twice as much protein — on top. Sprinkle with chia seeds or toasted sesame seeds, which you can find in the Asian section of the grocery store and can also use in stir-fries.
