Overnight Oats

This recipe makes creamy oats in the morning a cinch. Make a single or multiple servings the night before by combining one part old-fashioned oats and one part milk — try a half-cup of each to start. Stir in fruit, like Gogi berries or grapes, and a nut or seed, like sliced almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or up to a few nights. It’ll be good cold or microwaved.
