You probably just think of milk in your coffee as a luxury to cut the taste of a bitter dark roast. But pouring a cup of hot milk (either cow or soy) into strong coffee adds an extra 8-9 grams protein to your caffeine. Stirring in cinnamon or cocoa powder adds flavor that is naturally sugar-free. Add a banana for good measure, which contains potassium, an electrolyte that can also help reduce blood pressure.
