For its Design for a Living World project, the Nature Conservancy commissioned 10 artists to create items with sustainable materials from specific locations, including designers Ezri Tarazi, who created a chair of Chinese bamboo, and Isaac Mizrahi. The results are on exhibit at New York’s Cooper-Hewitt museum ($15; cooperhewitt.org).
