Aidy Bryant Being Amazing
This isn't a guarantee — not because Bryant is ever sub-amazing, but because last year's cast was so big, even MVPs would often disappear for a week or two. Instead of leaning into the paring down of Pharoah, Killam, and one-season wonder Jon Rudnitsky, Michaels has gone one-in, one-out with the aforementioned three new cast members — a strange decision that keeps the ensemble holding steady at 16, as big as it was in the mid-'90s. Anyway, this entry is really just an excuse to post one of my favorite Aidy Bryant sketches.
Come back on Monday for my review of Saturday's premiere!
