Tues 2/21: Jaguar: Supercat (National Geographic)
Once again National Geographic is rolling out targeted programming around their highly popular Big Cat Week, experts like Boone Smith will return to the screen to inform about the awed predators. Due to their elusive nature, scientists have had very few opportunities to monitor Jaguar behavior in the wild. This program looks at a team of specialists that are pioneering new techniques to get a better insight into their lives and family relationships, primarily through the use of radio transmitting collars. The research is specifically important, as the degradation of their environment has become a true threat.
