Tues, 4/25: Genius (Nat Geo)
Nat Geo's first scripted series is an anthology that will focus in on the greatest minds of our history. The first installment features Oscar winner Geoffrey Rush in the role of theoretical physicist Albert Einstein in an eight-episode adaptation of Walter Isaacson's novel on the man. The series will not focus just on Einstein’s great accomplishments in modern physics, but his dramatic youth and living as a Jewish man in Germany at the time of Adolf Hitler’s rise to power. Brian Grazer produces the series, and his Imagine Entertainment partner Ron Howard directed the premiere episode.
