Appetites: A Cookbook, Anthony Bourdain (Harper Collins)

In this new cookbook from everyone's favorite, supposedly bad-boy chef, we see a softer side of Anthony Bourdain, and it's immensely satisfying, as he offers up the kinds of recipes he makes at home — simple fair like scrambled eggs, roast chicken, and tuna salad. Fear not, though, for there's some more adventurous stuff in there, too, including a fantastic take on Korean fried chicken.
