Fate Brewing Company's Apollo Tsai: Boulder, Colorado
The Brewery: Fate Brewing Company in Boulder, Colorado. They were named “Best New Brewery in Colorado” by ratebeer.com users in 2013, but they’d also be in the running for the “Best Patio Drinking” award if there was such a contest.
The Beer: Apollo Tsai
Tasting Notes: A hopped honey wheat ale infused with Earl Grey tea, giving it a fluffy, aromatic head, and some slightly tart, herbal, citrusy flavors on the finish. A perfect breakfast beer if ever there was one.
