Gravity Brewing's Coolship Pomegranate Belgian Wit: Louisville, Colorado
The Brewery: Gravity Brewing, a suburban Denver brewery led by the son of the Boulder Brewing Co. founder and some friends from the University of Colorado that's making a wide range of styles for the locals in Louisville, Colorado.
The Beer: Coolship Pomegranate Belgian Wit
Tasting Notes: A traditional Belgian Wit infused with coriander, orange peel, and pomegranate juice that soaks up the summer. Super refreshing, sharp, and an almost-dry sweetness on the finish.
