People often say their bodies feel younger, spryer, and less achy during a cleanse. They're probably not lying. But you're not going to completely stamp out arthritis just by pounding juice for a week. After you're done cleansing, you need to commit to a diet rich in anti-inflammatory fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly. That will keep your joints strong and flexible and keep pain low.
