People often say their bodies feel younger, spryer, and less achy during a cleanse. They're probably not lying. Loading up on all the vitamins, minerals, and other antioxidants in juices can help tame inflammation, which is the root cause most joint aches. But you're not going to completely stamp out arthritis just by pounding juice for a week. After you're done cleansing, you need to commit to a diet rich in anti-inflammatory fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly. That will keep your joints strong and flexible and keep pain low.
