For Your Flat Screen TV
The wide-open surface of a TV screen is a magnet for dust and fingerprints. With the right cloth and a careful touch, cleaning the screen is easier than you think. Unplug the set, then use a soft, lint-free cloth, like microfiber, to wipe the screen with light, circular motions. For stubborn spots, dip the rag in a solution of one part dish soap to 100 parts water, ring it out, and then wipe. But skip the sprays — harsh cleaners with ammonia or bleach can ruin the screen’s coating.
