Shaved Jerk Brisket with Pickled Grilled Watermelon Salad
"Summer is a time of BBQs and relaxing with friends. Brisket is a tough fatty meat that takes time and patience to cook but worth the wait; making it the perfect meat for your next party. Having smoked brisket, one of my personal favorite ways, gives you the charred taste with the first bite. This dish paired with a grilled watermelon salad is great when you blend of flavors. Watermelon is always great in the summer and grilling it a new twist that is sure to be a hit," says Chef Troy Tingling, personal chef to NBA player, Amar'e Stoudemire.
