If you see something interesting while traveling abroad, don't assume you'll ever get a second chance at it – go shoot it before you lose it. "In Cuba, they told me this fog happened every morning, but I still got up early on my first day there to get the picture. Lucky I did, because it never happened again for the two months I was there," Winter says. His point is to always be prepared to take a shot, and don't take for granted that you'll get another crack at it.
