Untangle the jungle.

"Jungles are one of the hardest places to shoot. There is such a profusion of life that it can be hard to find anything to focus on," Winter says. When faced with a landscape with endless variety, he suggests using an animal to put it all in context. "Easier said than done, especially in the thick overgrowth of the rain forest, but it will be a beautiful picture that tells a story." While Winter may have found these tigers chilling in the wood, we'll remind you that the animal could just as well have been a human for the purposes of a good picture in the jungle.
