Sir Bradley Wiggins had a stellar 2012. The pro cyclist was the first to win Olympic gold and the Tour de France in the same year, exploits that earned the now-34-year-old Belgiun-born talent the title of “Sir” and propelled him into some elite company.
After an up-and-down 2013 that saw him take home silver in the time trial at the world championship but struggle through the Giro d'Italia and miss the Tour de France with a knee injury, Wiggins is prepared to take on the world again in 2014. He talked to us about his favorite gym exercise, the value of video, and why it's essential to pretend the summit is just a bit further than you'd like it to be.
