Dogfish Head Sixty-One IPA and Jin
Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione recommends a cocktail featuring his juniper, cucumber, coriander, and hop-infused gin and a bottle of the Sixty-One IPA. Both beverages bend their stylistic bounds with Jin veering toward beer from the hops addition and Sixty-One entering wine territory with its use of Syrah grape in fermentation. "I like to start a meal with a Hemingway-esque gin and tonic featuring our hopped Jin and orange bitters," says Calagione. "For the second course I follow it with our hop-forward Sixty-One IPA."
