This drink puts a worthy vermouth at the front, balanced by a splash of bourbon and fresh blackberries.

• 2 oz Atsby Armadillo Cake Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Hudson Baby Bourbon
• 2 tbsp of fresh blackberry puree
New York City Sparkling Water

Stir and top with soda water. Garnish with 2 whole blackberries on a pick.
