Serious golfers know how important a great short game can be, but hitting the putting green is a bore. Instead, head to a miniature golf course and get competitive. Only three putters have ever hit an 18 and, on the right day, under the right circumstances, you could be number four. Give it a shot at one of the best courses in the country.
Around the World, New York
Around the World Miniature Golf in Lake George, New York, features two courses: Around the World and Around the USA. The international course includes the Taj Mahal, London Bridge, and a giant clog as obstacles. Its domestic counterpart features the Statue of Liberty and a large lobster. One of the putting greens is actually blue and shaped like a star, in honor of the Dallas Cowboys. Don't let that deter you.
