Pros
It's full of vitamins. Almond milk has naturally occurring calcium – though not as much as cow's milk – along with manganese, selenium, and vitamin E. It's often fortified with vitamin B12 – important for aging men, to help generate blood cells and keep brains healthy.

Cons
Allergy alert: Almond milk is off-limits to people with nut sensitivities or allergies.

Best for
Outdoor activities. Almond milk doesn't need to be refrigerated (a plus for camping) and has 3.5 grams of fat per glass, which helps keep you full.
