Almond milk (40 calories; 1g protein)
It's full of vitamins. Almond milk has naturally occurring calcium – though not as much as cow's milk – along with manganese, selenium, and vitamin E. It's often fortified with vitamin B12 – important for aging men, to help generate blood cells and keep brains healthy.
