Ginger Spinach Apple Juice

- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- ½ lemon
- 2 celery sticks
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
The Benefits: This one swaps in spinach for kale, the most common major component of green juices. "While both are healthy, spinach provides more folate and magnesium," Caspero says. "Ginger provides a slightly sweet spice, offers anti-inflammatory protection, and may boost your immune system."
