Dwyane Wade's Tips on Working Out With Your Kids
Basketball star Dwyane Wade is powering his way to another big season with the Miami Heat, and you'll soon be seeing him off the court, too, in a series of cute commercials for Dove Men+Care. In the spots, Wade uses his kids to help him work out. And we do mean uses them: In one ad, he actually turns his five-year-old son, Zion, into a giggling human barbell. "It's called Real Moments, and it's dealing with things that are real in my life," says Wade, whose recent book, 'A Father First,' chronicles his relationship with his kids. "[The videos feature] us playing around the house: bouncy house, swimming pool, basketball, things we normally do." Wade and his children – he also has an 11-year-old son named Zaire and a nephew, Dada (also 11), who lives with them – look like they're having a blast in the commercials. They seem to have found the secret of keeping active while still spending quality time together, so we asked Wade for some tips on exercising with your kids.
