There are healthier foods than Hershey's and hard candies with which to indulge a persistent sweet tooth. Before you reach for chocolate or candy, try satisfying your needs with desserts made from real food. We advocate kettle corn – popcorn is a whole grain and packed with fiber to keep you full – and Rice Krispies treats, made from cereal, both of which have fewer calories and less saturated fat than all those frosted cupcakes, cookies, and other decorated Halloween desserts.
