Mix boiled corn kernels, breadcrumbs, butter, ground cumin, and ground coriander in a bowl. Spread Dijon mustard all over a piece of raw whitefish like branzino or halibut, then layer corn mixture on all sides. Bake at 350 degrees until the crust turns crispy. Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette and serve immediately.
