Although it might sound like a no-brainer, strategically staying out of the line of fire almost always beats running-and-gunning. "Utilizing cover, like a box, allows your POV to be completely visible with no viewing obstructions, while still maintaining cover," says Wyatt. "[But] since only your head will be visible, the opponent has a substantially smaller target window to attack you." This gives you an enormous advantage. "Casual players will often play too much run and gun, and overlook utilizing simple coverage spots like this," he says.
