Sam loves to recount an old saying he once heard, and has lived it by ever since: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. "Dwelling on what you eat, how many calories it has, or what the latest diet fad is, doesn't mean shit if you're gorging yourself and then going straight to bed," he insists. His rule is simple: Eat by 6 p.m. and then don't eat again until breakfast and you'll never have to worry about packing on extra pounds.
