We have a thing for chronographs, and this is another historical reissue from a venerable watchmaker (yup, there are a lot of those) that jumped out at us. Breitling is a favorite of pilots and enthusiasts and their flagship Chronomat celebrates a 30th anniversary this year. The update echoes the original designed for Italian acrobatic flyers with a sturdy case, and satin-brushed bezel with raised tabs that make it easier to rotate with gloves. It now has a military style fabric strap and a fancy 30th anniversary engraving on the back. [$8,030; breitling.com]
