Prices of the Porsche 911 have jumped in recent years, and some people think the values have gone a bit crazy. But it's not too late. "These cars still represent a great value," Gooding says, "even at the $100,000 level, because they offer great performance, drivability, and fun." Particularly good values are the early (mid-1960s) cars, which, Gooding says, "are finally getting the attention they deserve." These in particular have been basking in strong appreciation recently.
