They've also got a bit of protein (3 grams per serving), though the list of ingredients is a little longer than we'd like. It includes items such as defatted soy flour, potassium chloride, and maltodextrin – a far cry from the usual chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in hummus.
