Founded in 2004, Jolly Pumpkin is one of the most respected U.S. sour beer producers. This unfiltered ale has a juicy, winelike flavor. While most sour producers buy cultured wild yeast, Jolly Pumpkin uses the native yeast around its Dexter, Michigan brewery.
