Yes, bike helmets are incredibly important. They're also cumbersome and awkward for cyclists to carry or pack once they've reached their destination. French designers Philippe Arrouart and Patrick Jouffret took notice and developed the Overade Folding Helmet. Aimed at urban cyclists and made from the same ABS plastic shell and EPS foam interior as standard helmets, the 12.3-ounce Overade is a regulation-size brain bucket that folds down into one-third its original size, thanks to a family of hinges.
