The name says it all: The Butcher's Daughter looks at vegetables and fruit like a butcher would eye a slab of lamb. The fully vegetarian and non-dairy menu changes daily, and it's always smart. Angel hair carbonara is made with roasted spaghetti squash, cashew ricotta, wilted arugula, and an optional fried egg; their black bean burger comes with spiced potato skins and harissa mayonnaise; and their bar snacks menu features "beet-kissed" deviled eggs and avocado smashed with mustard seed on toast.
