People all over the world go Irish for a day, but Dubliners stretch St. Patrick's Day into a four-day event culminating in the famous parade that draws marching bands from around the world. It's easy to get sucked into the touristy hub of The Temple Bar, but steer clear at night when it devolves into a sweaty, surly frat party. Check out Fleet Street on the north side of the Thames to get a proper drink away from the hooligans.
