Thanks to its spindle grille and L-shaped headlamps, America's best-selling luxury SUV has gotten bold in its fourth generation incarnation. Available in front- or all-wheel-drive models, as well as F Sport, the RX 350 is powered by an upgraded 3.5-liter V6 that produces 300 horsepower, mated to a new eight-speed automatic (the RX 450h hybrid adds an electric motor generator to also produce 300-hp). Inside, the revamped console boasts a 12.3-inch color screen, heads-up display and heated power-folding second row seats. Unique blacked-out C-pillars help create the illusion of a floating roofline, while 20-inch rims can be customized with inserts to match the car's color. The driver assistance package is a must: A relative bargain at $650, it includes auto high beams, a pre-collision warning system, lane keep, and radar cruise that will bring the car to a full stop.
