Best Track Bike
Winner: Sarto Antonio Cycles
Sarto Antonio Cycles creates 100-percent handmade carbon-fiber frames in Italy, a country traditionally known more for crafting steel bikes. Last year they won the prize for best Campagnolo-Equipped Bike; this year they earned Best Track Bike with this aerodynamic beauty. Called the Ferox, the bike looks as if it were actually forged from steel and chrome. The downtube and seat-tube are shaped to fit smoothly around the front and rear wheels and the front end is designed to decrease drag with an integrated bar and stem. The fork and head tube are also integrated, giving the bike a menacing, almost blade-like appearance. Red, white, and green accents offer a subtle reminder of the bike's heritage.
