In what is possibly the best example of do-it-yourself strength training, Cesaro would carry a sheep around as a kid in Switzerland. His current routine is sheep-less, but it does include supersets without much rest between. He's also dipped his toe in CrossFit, and when he's on the road, he has his favorite boxes to hit up in all of the cities. "If fun for you is going to the gym and doing some bench press and squats, do that," Cesaro told Men's Journal. "If fun for you is going outside and playing tennis, do that. Once you find what you will like to do, you will automatically try to do more and get in better shape."
Room for Improvement: "His kind of training is fun and builds explosiveness, but like Titus O'Neil, he fails to address flexibility and program periodization," says Raul Hurtado. "Due to the nature of this type of training, overuse injuries can be rather high."
