6. Mark Henry
Weight 399 pounds
Want proof that the 44-year-old Mark Henry is strong? How about this this clip of him lifting a 365-pound weight overhead three times at the 2002 Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic. He is also a two-time Olympian and holds world records in the raw deadlift (nearly 904 pounds) and squat without a squat suit (948 pounds). Henry says he was always large for his age and was given his first weight set (made out of concrete) when he was 10 years old. Obviously Henry lifts quite a bit of weight at the gym, but he also sneaks in an hour of cardio exercises four times a week.
Room for Improvement: "He needs some stamina in addition to that kind of strength," says Butterworth. "I'd have him do something that won't put too much stress on his joints. So instead of jumping or sprinting, he should walk on fast intervals on a treadmill or try some kettlebell work."
