2016 Range Rover SVAutobiography
If you haven't heard, Bentley is due to get an SUV for 2016. Doubtless as a defensive salvo, Range Rover has launched its most luxurious and most powerful SUV in company history, the SVAutobiography, which comes crammed with options only a Dubai-dweller would want further "enhanced." For instance, there's a wood-inlaid, aluminum detailed loading tray for the cargo hold that wouldn't look out of place as the dining table in the cabin of your catamaran. Plus, both aft seats (there's no bench) are airline-style recliners divided by a center console refrigerator. Each of the rear seats also gets a powered deployable dining tray. Nearly every metallic piece is made from solid aluminum, including the coat hangers, and throttle and brake pedals. That throttle is connected to a 550hp supercharged V-8, the better for being chauffeured rapidly to your next important meeting. It will be available this fall for $199,495.
