Having more sex gives you a better chance of getting pregnant. And while fertility doctors advise 48 to 72 hours of abstinence, some research points to the fact that more than a week without sex may negatively affect sperm shape and movement. If you've heard daily sex reduces sperm count, know that this seems to apply only to men who have borderline counts to begin with.
