There are plenty of studies that have linked having lots of sex with a reduction in prostate cancer. The leading theory here is that ejaculation can clear out toxins in the prostate. Khera, however, says this research is shaky and that any connection between the two is likely indirect. For example, he points out that men with low testosterone levels generally have less sex and are more likely to have prostate cancer.
